蒜薹的做法

用料
  • 【主料】
  • 五花肉 200克
  • 蒜苗 150克
  • 【辅料】
  • 老姜 适量
  • 豆豉 适量
  • 花椒 5-10粒
  • 【调料】
  • 豆瓣酱 1勺
  • 白糖 2小勺
  • 鸡精 适量
做法步骤

1、五花肉冷水下锅,放几个姜片,倒少许料酒,大火煮开打浮沫

2、蒜片切斜条,准备豆豉、姜片,少许花椒,1勺豆瓣酱

3、热锅下油,油热下肉片,炒至微卷,下豆豉、花椒、姜片、豆瓣酱,翻炒,加2小勺白糖

4、下蒜苗翻炒,熟后放少许鸡精

5、装盘

小贴士

也可买臀尖肉块,焯水时先大火煮开转小火,煮肉块能用筷子插透后捞出清洗,放凉再切片。
