草莓酱的制作方法

用料
  • 低筋面粉 60g
  • 玉米油 40g
  • 纯牛奶 55g
  • 白糖 50g
  • 鸡蛋黄 4个
  • 鸡蛋清 5个
  • 淡奶油 100克
  • 白糖或者糖粉 10克
  • 草莓酱 50g
  • 黄桃罐头 4块
做法步骤

1、准备好所有食材

2、28×28的烤盘提前铺好油纸

3、玉米油和牛奶倒在一起,搅拌成酸奶状

4、成这个样子即可

5、过筛低筋面粉

6、Z字形搅拌成面糊

7、加入4个蛋黄

8、搅拌成糊状

9、烤箱提前预热150度10分钟,开始打发蛋清,加入1克食盐

10、加入几滴柠檬汁

11、打成鱼眼泡加入三分之一白糖,继续打发

12、打发至细腻的泡时,二次加入白糖

13、打发至出现细小的纹路时,加入剩余的白糖

14、打发至有小尖角就可以了

15、把三分之一蛋白霜加入到蛋黄糊里

16、翻拌均匀

17、二次加入蛋白霜,翻拌均匀

18、最后把翻拌好的面糊全部倒入剩余的蛋白霜

19、翻拌均匀,倒入烤盘

20、轻震几下震出气泡,150度烤40分钟

21、烤好后,用一张油纸盖在上面,倒扣在网架上晾凉

22、开始准备奶油馅,打发好后放一旁备用

23、晾凉后接过上面的油纸

24、然后把周围去边

25、然后抹上奶油馅,我还加了黄桃,黄桃用的是黄桃罐头里的黄桃

26、因为我家有俩个宝贝,所以我还准备了草莓酱, * 提醒一下大家,如果只放奶油馅的话,准备奶油馅就需要200g,白糖20g

27、然后借助擀面杖卷起来,千万记得慢慢卷,不要着急, * 卷好后,放冰箱冷藏30分钟

28、拿出来切块即可
