用料- 豆腐薄块 1盘
- 王致和臭豆腐 1块
- 辣椒面 适量
- 孜然 适量
- 香菜 适量
- 鸡精 适量
- 耗油 一勺
- 一品鲜 一勺
- 蒜末 两勺
- 纯麻酱未调开的 一勺
- 盐 适量
1、1.配料配齐加水调开《多放水》 * 2.将豆腐过油炸鼓起备用 * 3.将炸过的豆腐加入调好的料汁《根据口味调整咕嘟的时间》 * 4.出锅就可以吃啦!
